Eee 1101HA

Finally did I find a small computer to replace my P1610. Since the Netbook came it has been impossible to find a small light weight computer with XGA resolution or higher. Then the Eee1101HA from Asus caught my eye. It had 768x1366 resolution and had the new Intel atom 520 processor. I hoped it could replace my 3 year old 1.1GHz Pentium in the FS P1610. I couldn't find any information about how well it handled being in direct sunlight though. I called three resellers and they all promised it would work fine but I have gotten that promise before. That time they couldn't keep their promise. Anyway, I went a head and bought it. It wasn't that expensive and I thought I give it a shot. And as it turns out: It is perfect. It has three modes of energy efficiency and at hight performance I can skype with video, write documents in Open office have 20-30 tabs in Firefox log in to a clients computer via LogMeIn, develop PHP with Netbeans 6.7 and listen to iTunes or radio and more. I will by extra memory even though I haven't needed it yet. Also its ligtht and does not get warm.
